1 Scope
This part of ISO 4545 specifies the method for the calibration of reference blocks to be used for the indirect verification of Knoop hardness testing machines as specified in ISO 4545-2.
The method is applicable only for indentations with long diagonals W 0,020 mm.

国家标准GB/T 18449.3-2012 《金属材料 努氏硬度试验 第3部分：标准硬度块的标定》
本标准使用重新起草法修改采用国际标准ISO4545-3:2005《金属材料 努氏硬度试验 第3部分:标准硬度块的标定》(第二版),在文本结构和技术内容方面与ISO4545-3:2005一致。
本标准与ISO4545-3:2005的技术性差异及其原因如下:
——删除了ISO4545-3:2005的前言,重新编写了前言;
——关于规范性引用文件,本部分做了具有技术性差异的调整,以适应我国的技术条件,调整的内容集中反映在第2章“规范性引用文件”中,具体调整如下:
● 用等同采用国际标准的GB/T3505代替ISO4287(见3.6);
● 用等同采用国际标准的GB/T13634代替ISO376(见4.4);
● 用修改采用国际标准的GB/T18449.1—2009代替ISO4545-1:2005(见4.5b)﹑第5章和附录B);
● 用修改采用国际标准的GB/T18449.2—2012代替ISO4545-2:2005(见第1章、4.1﹑附录B的B.1);
——将既不可能是误差也不可能是不确定度的不合实际的指标0.02μm 修改成最低分辨力为0.05μm(见4.6);
——国际标准ISO4545-3:2005原文中标准硬度块的均匀度符号为“U”,易与测量不确定度的符号混淆,本部分用符号“J”表示见7.1和表1);
——删除了参考文献。
本标准与ISO4545-3:2005相比存在技术性差异,这些差异涉及的条款已通过在其外侧页边空白位置的垂直单线(∣)进行了标示。
本标准还做了如下编辑性修改:
——用“本部分”代替“ISO4545的本部分”;
——用中文的小数点符号“.”代替英文的小数点符号“,”。
